Recommendation 33 referred to barriers to greater efficiency.
Housing Production Barriers Group established. It will look at:
Process mapping and management
Design and Technology costs
Customer appeal and Customer satisfaction
Overall cost advantages of different approaches
Manufacturers capacity to supply.

5. Land use Planning
New White Paper on Planning has major repercussions for Housing.
National Centre will be working in collaboration with the Housing Forum to help the sector to respond and to engage with best practice in planning.
