National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NCESGR) formed in 1972
Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense
Promotes understanding of RC with employers
Now over 4,500 volunteer committee members in 55 States, territories, the District of Columbia, and Europe
Over 60 volunteers on the Kansas ESGR Committee
