Our partnership begins
Explain: the purpose of this presentation is NOT to tell parents everything there is know about the school. It highlights key information relevant to students making a successful start in September. More information will follow in September.

2. Go through plans for having 6th form tutors in period 6 to tutor targeted students.
Pupil Premium students will start sessions from 12 October and have one extra period a fortnight.

3. Catch Up Program… As high as you can…
The priority will be those entering the school less than level 4 (KHA) and those who are under achieving and are classified as Pupil Premium
Catch up students will have additional tutoring with TAs each week for first four weeks.
#Bounce is a ‘Period 6’ event just for Year 7
Eligibility is that you join us in Sept below Level 4 in English and/or Maths
Work in small groups on a 4 weekly program for 1 hour to boost those grades.

4. Summer School… Summer School Saturday 8th July 2017
No formal testing on the day
Please arrive from 10.15am and go to main school reception
Events start at PROMPT
Day finishes at 3.30pm, please be there to collect promptly
Bring: Pencil Case, Trainers, Lunch, Drinks, Waterproof Jacket/Sunscreen!
Wear: Suitable clothing for varied activities including Dance!
