5. Supplier with Multiple Users
Suppliers are able to add multiple users which you can choose who to add to your tenders.
From the homepage: From the internal screen:
Manage existing contacts and Create New Contacts

6. Adding multiple users to an ITT
In Suppliers page select Edit
If the name is in blue, you can select multiple users
Choose the correct supplier contacts to be involved in the ITT

7. Supplier Hierarchies
Group Supplier together to allow to search for Suppliers by groups, rather than by individual Supplier and view supplier
Hierarchies in the Supplier profile
To look into options around Suppliers being in multiple groups
and multiple group level options
This can be used to try and manage duplicate Suppliers or to group suppliers
used regularly for different ITT types / frameworks / categories

8. Setting up Supplier Groups
Within supplier directories select the suppliers you wish to group and Send them to the Supplier Console.
It is also possible to send s to Suppliers from the directory
Once the supplier list has
moved to the Console you can
Export Supplier Hierarchy.
Update the spreadsheet as below and import back into the system.

9. Inviting an Unregistered Supplier to an ITT
In Suppliers page select Edit
If you cannot find the Supplier you are looking for in the directory. Select ‘…’ and Invite Unregistered Supplier
Follow the instructions and the Supplier will be provided with a Username and Password

10. Adding Supplier Profile Questions to an ITT
When creating an ITT or PQQ and creating the Qualification or Technical Envelope, you are able to add
eVendor Management Questions to your tendor.
eVendor Management Questions allow you to capture information against the Supplier Profile for all tendering suppliers
Once a Supplier completes an eVendor management question, when they are asked it again they will not have to complete it again
You will then be able to select the question you require from the list available.
