9. You are the CEO of Nandos and are making a decision on how you are going to expand the business
You have 3 options in your groups – you need to choose one of the expansion plans and fill in the FMOP sheet

10. Option 1 To sell Nando’s food in supermarkets e. g
Option 1 To sell Nando’s food in supermarkets e.g. chicken wings in nando’s sauce ready to be put in the oven.
This will require supermarkets to stock these products, new equipment and factories to make the products and heavy marketing to promote the new products.

11. Option 2 To create a ’24 hour Nando’s Express’ business that means there will be takeaway stalls in service stations, petrol stations and stalls on the street for people to visit after a night out for example.
This will require new premises to be bought, more staff to be hired and new operations system that means food can be cooked and served express style.
