Forming- When train broke down and the toys need to find a train bring them over the mountain Storming- The pompous trains wouldn’t help them get over the mountain Norming- Ol’ Blue helps them get going over the mountain Performing- Ol’ Blue gets them over the mountain Adjourning- Toys get sold in toy store? Functional Roles of Groups
Toys= Coordinators, Orienteer/Summarizers, Big Followers (rely completely on train) Blockers= Shiny new engine, Freight Train, Busted down old train, Mountain Ol’ Blue= Energizer, Harmonizer, Dominator (takes over with long monologues and controls the toys fate) Functional Roles of Groups

Toys posed with new task (find a new train, or someone who will pull the train)
Conflict erupts into chaos when no train will come help them No leader emerges until Ol’ Blue comes to save day We will never know what those toys would’ve done if Ol’ Blue didn’t come, but the path they were on was dangerous Conflict resolution

Team Building Toys are a group when the train breaks
down (working Group) Try to come together to fix train, others try to convince other trains to come help (Pseudo-Team) When Ol’ Blue comes to save them they have potential (Potential Team) They get over the mountain (Real Team) Team Building
