2. Brainstorm
Know your target audience and make the app based around this audience
App for School students so it needs to be easy to use and simplistic
Make it Stable and Fast
 Make sure the app doesn't have any bugs and is fast and easy to us
Make sure it's polished off and complete
No errors and make sure it's got no missing elements e.g. pages and links
A good opening screen
give the audience a good opening page and wow them straight away
Availability
Make sure it's always available and never down with maintenance

3. Proposal/ Purpose What Will Your App Do?
The Trinity SEQTA app will provide it's students with fast access to the school database and access to the trinity sports teams and homework tasks, which can be set by the students and staff members. Students will also be able to access class notes and PowerPoints for further study at home.
Who is The Target Audience for the App?
The target audience for the app is all students and staff members of Trinity College
Will Your App Be Free?
Yes, because it will mean that more people use the app and it will get more publicity and the app will be non-profitable.

4. Proposal/ Purpose
Explain the different features that will be included in your app
There will be many different features included in the SEQTA app which include:
Homework Tasks
Links to go to each classes page, (e.g. AIT then Year 10 AIT) it will have all the PowerPoints and tasks sheets from the course of the topic so every one can access them without asking the teacher every time
Whole School Notices and a calendar which has important notices and upcoming events within the School
and direct message so that work and and assignments can be sent to teachers while the teachers will also be able to send their classes messages.

5. Proposal/ Purpose Will It Be Web-Based? Or Not?
Yes it will be web based so students and staff can access it in school on their computers instead of pulling out their phones during class.
What Help Features Will Your App Contain?
The app and web-site will have a help feature which has addresses and links to solutions and contacting an IT  member
How Will Your App Help Society?
The app will help the School because it will mean students have less excuses to get away with things seeing everything is done online and saved as well as helping the students stay up to date with classes through the external class links

6. The Login Page also includes the Trinity Crest to represent the school
Staff and parents will be redirected to the online website
This Page will allow members of Trinity College to sign in and use the app. Staff will be redirected to the online SEQTA website and the same goes for the parents

7. The notices, timetable and direct messages are provided here for quick access
Home Page
The users name will go here
The home page allows users to see all the different external pages within the app. Users can select a page and will be guided to the page were the can find out information etc. The home page also includes the notices and a timetable so they can see what classes they have and if any notices apply to them.

8. This is a were the users subjects will appear and they will be able to select one which takes them to a further page
Students
The students page allows students of trinity college to access files and notes from there classes throughout the week, this will allow students to catch up on work or go develop a further understanding.

9. Class Notes (Accessed Through Students )
That weeks topics covered and learnt
This is an example of a page which would follow after someone selects a subject in the students page. The Page will have all the notes for this week and the following week and the past week so it can assist everyone is class weather they are behind or in front. It will also have links to word document s and PowerPoints which have worksheets and lesson notes
The documents and other external files.

10. Homework/ Tasks ‘Mark As Done’
The Homework and Tasks page will help students to do their homework and it will also allow the teachers to see who has and hasn’t done the work set. For example is a teacher was to set a class homework which is to ‘complete worksheet on algebra’ Then the class would have no excuse because it was set online and has the due date on it. Teachers will be able to see who has and hasn't done their work because students would’ve selected the mark as done button which shows that they have finished it

11. Sports Previous results with the score line as well
The sports page is a user generated page were it knows what summer or winter sport you’re playing and what team your in. It shows your teams previous results as well as your upcoming fixtures.

12. Assessments Page Highlighted subject area
The assessments page is were a user will go to find out their results for a certain subject test or assignment. The result will come with the class average as well as the minimum and maximum score.
