Over 22,000 employees (3% of voluntary sector) 5,000+ career staff and about 17,000 student staff 2/3 of staff are women - But only 1/3 of our CXs (compared to 44% in the voluntary sector)

Lack of visual employment brand We often utilise the same talent pools: graduates, officers, other SUs Limited opportunities for internal career moves and promotions A desire to maximise the pool of talent available A desire to diversify staff in SUs An opportunity to view the movement as ‘employers of choice’
