Can be assigned to both pages and story packages

Layout Geometry: Full-page layout (or partial pages) saved in NCS database with proper styling Can be assigned to both pages and story packages Allows editor to assign and build a page layout without ever opening InDesign Stories can be “assigned” to slots on the layout geometry allowing reporters to “write to fit”

InDesign Library: Standard InDesign functionality (indl files) that save full layouts or pieces of layouts with proper NCS styling Easy to drop on a page Uses standard “link article to template” function so any article assigned to a page adopts the geometry and styling of the library shape
