Introduction of the energy performance requirements as well as methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings is provided through Law on Energy Efficiency (Article 21). Detail elaboration of these provisions is done through relevant rulebooks
Energy performance certification scheme is introduced by the Law on Energy Efficiency (Art. 26 and 28) and closer regulated through relevant bylaws
Obligation of possession of energy performance certificate in the process of the change in the ownership or lease of the building or its part is introduced by the law on Energy Efficiency (Article 27)
