Dimensions of CES quality
ACCESSIBILITY: Can I prepare all my meals with this cooking system when I need it and in the quality and quantity that I need? 1 HEALTH PROTECTION: Do I risk my health when using this cooking system? CONVENIENCE: Is it hassling for me to use this cooking system? 3 2 EnDev cooking energy system_Part 2

1 1.1 How to measure AFFORDABILITY
„AFFORDABILITY“ is an evaluation of the relationship between the overall cost or effort to acquire the required fuel for domestic cooking vis-à-vis the income or labour resources of the household. Household Resources: income (purchase) labor (collection) Affordability to prepare all the meals with this cooking system Stove combustion characteristics Cost/effort to aquire fuel per unit Stove fuel use efficiency Estimated Fuel need [units/day] of average household if all meals prepared on this stove Fuel quality User management of fuel, stove, cooking process and kitchen Amount of food to be prepared EnDev cooking energy system_Part 2
