This clinic is scheduled for individuals 65 or older or persons who have a chronic illness. Please remember to bring your health insurance cards with you.
Please note that these clinics are for seasonal flu vaccine only. H1N1 clinics will be scheduled for later on this fall/winter once the vaccine becomes available.
