Fig. 1 Pregnant women had a significantly higher percentage of CD4+CD25+CD127dim/− Tregs in CD4+ T cells than non-pregnant women on the day of ET (P<0.05) and at 14days after ET (P<0.05) used non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test, there is no difference between the pregnant and non-pregnant women at 5days after ET (5.4±0.2 vs 5.4±0.2%, P>0.05). No obvious variations were observed in the Treg levels in non-pregnant women.
