FAST-START LEAD GENERATION SYSTEM
Step 1-A – Watch both of these Fast-Start Videos as soon as possible. Fast Start Video #1 – Fast Start Video #2 – Step 2 –Set up the “Address Grabber” Lead Capture Website in Client Creator. Step 3 – If you do not have one already, create a Facebook Business Page.

Step 5 – In Facebook, Boost/Promote your Lead Generation Post at least once a week if possible. You can reach approximately 1000 people for $10. Then, promote that same post to the same group over and over again. DO NOT change either of these two elements. It takes exposures of the same message to the same people before they start to become aware you exist. Step 5A – Watch this Video – “How to set-up and run a Promoted Post in Facebook”:

Step 6 – Log in to your Client Creator System and select “Client List”
Step 6 – Log in to your Client Creator System and select “Client List”. Then select the tab “Phone Lookup”. There you will see a list of every prospect you have that does not contain a phone number. Now, select some or all of the prospects in this list and select the “process” button. This will access your auto phone number look-up system which will find phone numbers for the prospects you have identified. This entire process will only take about 10 to 15 minutes. You can continue using your client creator system or log out while your request is processed. Once the process is completed you will be notified via text and message.

Once notified, log back in to your Client Creator system
Once notified, log back in to your Client Creator system. Select “Client List” then, select the tab “Lookup Results”. There you will see the results of this process. It will show either “successful” or “unsuccessful”. Normally, this process will find phone numbers for about 90% of those prospects submitted. This is one of the most valuable tools in your Client Creator System. Having phone numbers for your prospects can easily double or triple your conversion rate. One of the biggest reasons to use the auto-phone number look-up system on a regular basis is to secure phone numbers for those prospects that went to your lead capture website and you captured their physical address.

Now you have the ability to contact every lead generated from your client Creator system, either by snail mail, , phone call or a combination of these methods. Step 7 – Within 24 hours of every seller lead generated, send them your pre listing package either by having it delivered or send electronically . This will separate you from other agents and assure you are one of the agents they interview for the job of selling their home. Step 8 (optional) – Remember, your leads are being followed-up with automatically by Client Creators built-in campaign system. However, you should also send them a short, personal, message every 2-3 weeks to remind them of your objective. See the example below:

Important Point – Stick with this system for as long as it takes to start generating a consistent flow of inbound opportunities. DO NOT QUIT. That is the single biggest mistake you can make. It takes time to create a true lead generation machine that will pay BIG dividends for years to come.
