AM arrive at 9:30, PM arrive at 1:30; stay until end of day

5. Drinks Students may have a drink at one of the centers (daily)
Please clearly label with their name
Please avoid sugary drinks!

6. Arrival / Dismissal 8:50 – AM arrive, 9:00 school begins
After 9:10 check in at office
Dismissal at 11:45
Please be patient with carpools first few weeks!
12:45 – PM Drop off
Must be in car or supervised until teacher gives signal
Bus home (or pickup)
2 hr delay or cancellation – NA website, TV or radio (modified schedule)

7. Early Dismissal Send note with dismissal time
Student will be in office for the pickup
End of day bus riders – send note if not riding bus or if someone is picking student up

8. AM Carpools / PM Dismissal
must have number (unless going to Kindercare, etc.)
3 Lines – main, middle, west loop doors
Cars in random order
Carpool number visible in passenger side windshield – BIG NUMBERS
Avoid getting in on drivers side
Teach opening door, buckling seatbelt
Pull off to the side if student needs help buckling, etc.
PM:
Walkers / pickups to West End Circle
Bus riders to bus lines; Pickup in office if 3:15 or earlier
AFTER 3:15 – West door pickup only

9. If Absent… Send excuse in the next day (see student handbook)
Long vacations
Vacation form in office

10. Super Sack Begins after Labor Day
Send super sack back to school the day after it’s sent home
Send in only ONE item
Not living, edible, breakable, or larger than sack
Encourage educational items
Three clues for the class
We will go in ABC order – 2 or 3 times

11. Star Student Begins in mid - September
Student featured on bulletin board for the week
Complete packet, return on due date
Include photos if possible
Encourage neat work

12. Birthdays No edible treats
Invitations – please invite whole class or just boys/girls
Mail if only a few invites
