Intensive, 12-week hands-on summer course Monday & Wednesdays, 8:30-4:00 SIX credits Hands-on vegetable production Soil, crop, pest, weed, management Farm systems Initial crop planning REQUIRED pre-requisite for fall farm practicum

Cold Climate Viticulture
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00-3:00 June 20-July 13 Basic horticultural, pest management and post harvest (winemaking!) concepts of cold climate grape production
