1. Psychological research methods task
Objective: Students will learn about specific types of psychological research.
Task: Students will select one of the five types of psychological research methods (survey, naturalistic observation, case study, experiment, and correlational study) and create a poster or e-presentation they will verbally present to their peers containing the following.
[A] A clear and concise definition of the research method; [B] Strengths AND weaknesses of the research method; [C] An explanation of how BIAS can be prevented in the research methods; [D] A specific psychological research topic that could/would work well with this research method.
