Solihull’s school leavers will have the skills, knowledge and dynamism to reach their full potential to meet the needs of employers and to contribute to the economic growth of the borough
Objectives:
Strengthen links between schools and businesses through the development of positive reciprocal relationships
Inspire young people to be well-informed and equipped to make decisions about their future learning and career
Businesses are able to shape learning and ensure tgheir future skills needs are met

Life ready is a simple framework, designed to support schools to:
Develop independent life-ready young adults
Provide young people with the guidance and opportunities to progress and record their employability skills
Skills for Success:
Entitlement for all young people in the Borough
Relies on the motivation of the student and the commitment from employers to have the greatest impact
