Solihull’s school leavers will have the skills, knowledge and dynamism to reach their full potential to meet the needs of employers and to contribute to the economic growth of the borough Objectives: Strengthen links between schools and businesses through the development of positive reciprocal relationships Inspire young people to be well-informed and equipped to make decisions about their future learning and career Businesses are able to shape learning and ensure tgheir future skills needs are met
