7 Quality may be at the heart of every organization, but not everyone in the organization can be a quality expert, just as health and health awareness may be at the heart of a community, but not everyone can be a health expert.

They then find it straightforward to move into different sectors or consultancy applying the quality management approaches and tools.

System management: mange the system aiming to reducing errors and meeting customer expectation in an effective and efficient manner. Quality auditing :is independent periodic documented examination and verification of activities ,records and processes and other elements of quality system to determine if meets the standards or not. Quality assurance:quality assurance is any systematic process of checking to see whether a product or service being developed is meeting specified requirements. Improvements projects:is a process for changing standards. It is not a process for maintaining or creating new standards

Provision of recommendations to relevant leaders within the organization: for example using a defined management system or plan, reporting routes, process definition and monitoring, legal requirements and compliance. The only fully accredited, standardized measurement of the knowledge , skills and abilities expected of competent quality professionals. Exam Committee formation. 1984- The first exam administered. 2000- International expansion. 2002-Computer-based testing. 2005-Web-based international testing.
