System management: mange the system aiming to reducing errors and meeting customer expectation in an effective and efficient manner.
Quality auditing :is independent periodic documented examination and verification of activities ,records and processes and other elements of quality system to determine if meets the standards or not.
Quality assurance:quality assurance is any systematic process of checking to see whether a product or service being developed is meeting specified requirements.
Improvements projects:is a process for changing standards. It is not a process for maintaining or creating new standards
