3. Secure Enrollment Method
Built with the latest security technology
Electronic Signatures Act passed into law in 2000 allows for documents to be “signed” (Digitally) over the Internet (U.S. & Canada)
Accepting the terms and conditions of the MRA on-line becomes the equivalent of signing the contract in person

An Emerald Club profile is automatically created in our database.
An image of an Emerald Club card including the associate’s name and Emerald Club number is displayed for them to print for reference.
The associate is given various options:
Create a profile login and password - allowing the traveler to update their profile in the future via a secure link
Make a reservation through nationalcar.com
their Emerald Club number to their travel agent/manager
Print a leisure coupon as a “thank you” for enrolling in Emerald Club
