Operating System (Windows, Vista, etc)
If the problem cannot be fixed immediately, student should ask for a ticket number so that the instructor can follow up.

5. Spring Charts Tech Support
If you get the following error when you try to open Spring charts:
“The SpringsCharts Server requires files that are not locked (not-Read-only). Some of the files in the MUData Folder or the PtData folder were found to be locked. This usually happens when files are copied from a CD. Change the propertied of the files in these folders to “Archive” and Restart SpringCharts.”
You must “right click” on the SpringCharts Demo icon and select “Run As Administrator”
