Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. Facility Description – Office Block ‘’B’’
A single storey combination concrete and brick building situated inside a high security fenced enclosed complex. The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens having two separate wings with a common entrance and reception area. It has 7 fully furnished air conditioned offices and 2 open plan office areas all tiled and/or carpeted. The facility has male/female toilets. The Building is wheel chair friendly and additional toilet facilities are available for the physically challenged. Carport and ‘’open space’’ parking facility are adjacent to the Office Block.
