Password Requirements:
Change Password: The first time you login you will be asked to change your password. You must enter your new password twice to confirm and click “Save & Continue”. Password Requirements: Choose a password that meets the system requirements described here.

Personal Information: Fields in BOLD are required.
Add a work or personal address. Click “Save & Continue” to move to the next screen

View or Edit Dependent Information
Add Dependent: To add a spouse or child to the system, click the Add a Spouse/Child link. Missing Information Verbiage in RED alerts you to missing information. View or Edit Dependent Information Click on the Pencil & Paper icon to view or edit dependent information. Just because your dependent(s) is/are listed above doesn’t mean they’re enrolled in any coverage. You are responsible for electing or waiving the coverage on your dependents.

Dependent Information: Add Dependent Date of Birth
Fields in BOLD are required. Add Dependent SSN. Dependent SSN’s are needed for certain coverage. Add Dependent Date of Birth Your Dependent(s) date of birth is required.

Benefit Information: The top section of your screen contains important benefit information and educational videos on each benefit page. Current Election: The top of each benefit screen will show your coverage if you have a current election. Available Plans: Click the radial button to elect a plan option & hit “Sign & Continue” to save. Election Summary: This is your “shopping cart” of current elections & costs.

TRS Medical Eligibility:
As a new employee, you must answer the TRS medical questions on this screen before you can elect a medical plan. IMPORTANT HINT: “Actively at Work Date” is the first date of duty. By selecting “Actively at Work Date”, you will be responsible for paying the medical premium for the entire month.

Who Do You Want to Cover? Available Plans: Save Election:
Click the box next to the name of each eligible family member you want to cover on a benefit. Available Plans: Click the radial button to elect the plan you want. Save Election: Click “Sign & Continue” to save a benefit election.

TRS Medical Declination Page:
Select a “Reason for Declining” from the drop down for each family member you do not want enrolled in TRS Medical IMPORTANT HINT: Double check who is displayed as COVERED & who is displayed as DECLINED! Save Election: If everything is correct on this screen hit, “Accept”.

I Waive Enrollment: Click the radial button next to “I waive enrollment…” to decline a benefit.

Benefit Amount Selection
When you have multiple coverage amounts to choose from, click the drop down arrow to select your desired coverage amount.

New Hire Guarantee Issue:
The coverage listed under Guarantee Issue is the maximum amount you can elect without having to answer health questions!

Step 1. Click “Add a Beneficiary” for each beneficiary you wish to add to the system.

Step 2. Select a pre-listed dependent from the drop down menu OR, enter your beneficiary’s information below & save.

Beneficiary Designation How to Add a Beneficiary
Remove Beneficiary Click the red X to remove an unwanted beneficiary. Beneficiary Designation You can choose to apply the same beneficiary to all benefits or choose to distribute each benefit differently. How to Add a Beneficiary Step 3. Assign Primary and/or Contingent percentages & hit “Finished”.

ALMOST DONE! If you receive this message it means you have completed your new hire enrollment but, you also need to complete your annual open enrollment for September 1st! Annual Open Enrollment To complete your annual enrollment elections for September 1st, click the green “Continue” button located at the bottom of this screen.
