5 Directions Abstract Sculpture Option Design
Sculpt: Create or represent (something) by carving, casting, or other shaping techniques Abstract: Art that does not attempt to represent external reality, but seeks to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures. Sketch an idea on computer paper or your own paper of a sculpture using 7 paper plates (sculpture/ceramics II-7 or more). How would you connect the plates? How would you make them stand together? What texture would you like to be on the outside of your work if you could choose any surface in the world? How could you create that texture ahead of time? Create the sculpture using scissors and glue – How can you attach the pieces together without glue?
