What is Home4Dem
Home4Dem is an innovative and modular ICT solution for independent living of People with Dementia and their caregivers. The goal of Home4Dem is to address the challenge of dementia through the large-scale deployment of an innovative ICT platform in the market and to enable people with dementia to live at home independently and to maintain an active social life, thus improving their quality of life and that of their caregivers.

Support informal carers in their daily tasks
Reduce the burden of care
Enrich the range of existing home-based care services to support independent living and reduce the use of institutional care
Two service models
Model A In Italy and Switzerland the solution
will be used as a product freely purchasable
by families in the private market.
