3. Assessment Type
Assessments: the process of observing, recording, and documenting the work of children
Assessments include; portfolios, work sample, teachers and parents checklist, anecdotal, interviews, consistent tests observations
Providing parents with evidence, the value of assessments results, encourages learners
“Assessment provide different results for children’s to identify is behavior and the challenges they occur in every day of their lives” (James Madison University).
Also a way to demonstrate the effectiveness of the program

4. Administration of Assessment
Educator’s asses student’s one by one testing
Taking test electronically to gain more computer skills
Apply assessments once a week so student can retain their learning abilities
Its giving at the end of the day, so student’s wont forget what they learned

5. Legal Considerations
“Child disability, medications, therapies, educational goals, or what is happening at home are examples of information that you should keep confidential out of consideration for the family’s right to privacy and your goal to establish trusting relationships with families” (Rural Institute on Disabilities).

6. Involvement
Parents, family, community being involved helps students be more successful, assisting in children’s learning show more encouragement from parent, helps maintain schools better
Increases student achievements, knowledge, social skills, improved behavior, as well as ability to adapt well to school
Workshops for parents, community collaboration

7. Expectations/ Outcomes
“Research demonstrate effects of teachers on student achievement” (Alexandria ).
Focus more on student, develop more assessment plans to expand them, and more learning improvement.
Better quality, to insure that student will succeed more academically.
“The Assessment of Student Learning Gains instrument is intended to supplement or replace the type of assessment instrument with which faculty are most familiar, namely departmental or institution-wide "student classroom evaluation" instruments” (Seymour ).
to gain more experience when dealing with new assessment tools, and to reinforce better to always have a backup on your observation.

8. Interactive Activity Creating more assessment parent night
Providing activities were each parent is assigned to do a task
“Volunteering in classrooms/after school activities, attending open houses and parent teacher conferences on a regular basis, contacting teachers/counselors by phone or mail to discuss status of your child, attending board meetings on a regular basis, and writing the Annual Report” ( Michigan Department of Education ).
“Having parents be involve in: Math competitions, Health /physical fitness, Family read-a-thon, Family science fair, Summer make-and-take/reinforcement activities for summer” ( Michigan Department of Education).

9. Evaluation
The most important of this assessment is to communicate more with the parents, and community. Assessing is the most efficient way you can get to have a good quality, and paper work when dealing with the children’s behavior.
Giving a format of all the work and experience we as educators have, give feedback to parents, and providing all the information in a meeting.
