3. The Accepted Trinity The dogma of the Trinity as defined by the RCC
The Trinity is the term employed to signify the central doctrine of the Christian religion – the truth that in the unity of the Godhead there are Three Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, these Three Persons, being truly distinct one from another.
Thus, in the words of the Athanasian Creed; "the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, and yet there are not three Gods but one God." In this Trinity of Persons the Son is begotten of the Father by an eternal generation, and the Holy Spirit proceeds by an eternal procession from the Father and the Son. Yet, notwithstanding this difference as to origin, the Persons are co-eternal and co-equal: all alike are uncreated and omnipotent. This, the Church teaches, is the revelation regarding God's nature which Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came upon earth to deliver to the world: and which she proposes to man as the foundation of her whole dogmatic system.

John 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself;
so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
5:27 And hath given him authority to execute
judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

15. Let’s Review some of these Scriptures on His“oneness”
Deut. 6:4 The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
1 Cor. 8:4 There is no God but one.
Ephesians 4:6 — One God
and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 1

16. He is God Not They are God!
 Isaiah43:10,11 — Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior.
1 Timothy 2:5 — For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
James 2:19 — Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

17. God created His Son To Be his Temple
God said in Malachi 3:1
“Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.” 

18. Scriptures teach against the “plurality of gods”
Exodus 20:3 "You shall have no other gods before me.”
Isaiah 44:6 I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God.

1 Cor 2: no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

23. Does Scripture reveal other son’s of God?
We need to understand what defines the terminology “son of God”
Son of God is a term used for those that were created directly by God
Adam and Eve were son’s of God
Angel’s called son’s of God
Body (Flesh) of Jesus was directly created by God & is called the son of God

24. We can become a son of God by being born again
John 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 3:5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

When God created Adam in his likeness and in his image
Adam had: A Body – A Soul -- and A Spirit
Adam was Not three people but he was One Soul & One Spirit: all in my one body God saw that he was lonely and created Eve and Not Steve
Only your body will die and as such God which was Spirit could not die but he could offer his body of flesh that he had created to dwell in as a sacrifice for our sins
