2 Who I am …short bio Associate professor in Food Science and Technology at UNITE since 2004 (before at University of Udine) Deputy Rector for Internationalisation and Joint Study Programmes Expertise in: food quality and processing, food ingredients and formulation with main focus on the physical, physicochemical, healthy and structural properties of foods and processed foods and flavour release. Curriculum development, teaching methodologies applied in Food studies Scientific coordinator of national and international projects also in collaboration with food industry. Projects on education: since 2005 involved in Erasmus TN project ISEKI_Food projects and FP7 Track_fast project. Coordinator of the Erasmus TN ISEKI_Food 4 ( Executive Committee Chair of the Int. ISEKI_Food conferences (next 5th ISEKI-Food conference: Stuttgart 5-7 July 2018) Member of several Scientific and organizing committees of national and international congresses. - President of the ISEKI-Food Association ( dealing with activities to favour research-education-industry interactions.
