Minimum sending amount is P100
Made available for pick-up at any LBC branch nationwide (for amounts equal or less than Php10,000)
Transactions up to Php75,000 may be picked up the same day (with designated pick-up branch)
Transactions over Php75,000 will be available for pick up the following day (with designated pick-up branch)
The receiver must provide the tracking number of the transactions and present valid ID government issued ID in order to pick up the funds.

17. EXPRESS SERVICES Prepaid Padala
Shipper pays the freight in advance for a service to be availed in the future.
It is a prepaid service represented by a pre-bar coded receptacle of the chosen service to be used by the consignee in sending the reply
Applicable for TDC products and TPS & TPL
Consignee will just send the response using the given receptacles at any LBC branches FREE of charge.
Service is valid for six (6) months from date of transaction.

For customers who want to use their own box.
Note:
Freight Charges are based on chargeable weight, whichever is higher, volumetric or actual weight.
Chargeable weight is round up to nearest kilo.
Formula:
Length in cm x Width in cm x Height in cm / 3,500
3,500 is constant

Round up = 14 kg.

22. EXPRESS SERVICES Retail Pick-up VIP Service!
This is being referred to as “Service Pick Up”.
This is for free for air shipments and with charges for sea cargo
Client calls customer care hotline to book pick up or through website using Live Talk feature or via request using online form
Driver/Courier picks up the item/s.
Customer pays upon pick-up
Note:
The free pickup service is initially available in NCR for all documents, parcels and air cargo
Does not require a minimum package size or corporate account
For sea cargo services, customers will be able to avail the service for a minimal pick-up fee of Php400 per CBM

23. EXPRESS SERVICES LCL Cargo
Any shipment that is mailable or non-mailable, with or without commercial value declared by the shipper for delivery within 6-7 days via sea.
Sea Cargo service for size that is “less than container load” (LCL) without having  to go to the port.
Allows shippers to simply bring their cargoes to selected LBC branches.
Senders from selected cities can even have their cargoes picked up from their stores or warehouses. 
Service Modes:
Pier to Pier – Customer brings the item to the branch for pick up by consignee in an LBC (SCS) Warehouse.
Pier to Door - Customer brings the item to the branch for to be delivered to consignee’s address.

31. FULL SERVICE ACCOUNT TEL-PPT Passport
A quicker way of applying for a new passport thru hotline of Tel-PPT (02) Applicants now have the practical option of going to the nearest LBC branch nationwide to submit all requirements. Upon release of new passport, we will have it delivered anywhere in the Philippines via LBC express Delivery.

32. THE LBC EXPRESS CARD
It is a free personalized card to be issued to all LBC shippers and consignees which will store personal details of customer and has capability of monitoring transactions.
It is a KYC tool of LBC as required by the AMLC in its efforts to capture money laundering activities
It is designed to limit the possibility of non identification of persons transacting with LBC. It helps in limiting the ability of launderers to use LBC in the illegal activity.
LBC Express Card should be presented by the client in transacting with any LBC branch

Manual Acceptance shall only be allowed under the following circumstances:
Total breakdown of workstation
Defective printer
Brown-out
All the details of the transaction must be manually written in the Contract and must be in accordance with the existing acceptance procedures.
If restored or repaired within the same day, details of the transaction are to be encoded in the POS system.
No Manual Acceptance for BillsXpress and FSA.
Off-line Acceptance
Off-line acceptance shall only be allowed under the following circumstance:
No connection – Data will be stored in the local database to be send when connection is restored.
Note: No Offline Acceptance for particular BillsXpress Merchants and FSA.
