1 Fig. 6. Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) inhibition ameliorates ATP depletion induced by cisplatin in kidney proximal tubular cells. After 18 hours of starvation, HK-2 cells were treated with 400 µM cisplatin for 8 hours. The cells were also treated with high or low dose of PJ34 at 2 hours after treatment with cisplatin.
