Muay Thai Techniques Muay Thai is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. Muay Thai involves various techniques. There are both offensive and defensive in nature. They range from basic punch combos to advanced moves. Below mentioned are some of these techniques:

Muay Thai Kicks Muay Thai kick techniques are one of the important techniques in Thai Boxing because kicks are violent and powerful weapons. Normally, we use only some part of the lower leg from shin to foot to kick.

Muay Thai Punches Muay Thai trainers ensure that each fighter is taught to use straight punch mainly to attack the opponent’s facial area such as chin, nose, or mouth.

Muay Thai Elbow Techniques
Elbow techniques are a strong weapon used by Muay Thai players making this sport different from other martial arts sports. In Muay Thai elbows can inflict severe injuries on the opponent as they are used when the opponent is closer and the major targets are jaw, temple, neck etc.

Muay Thai Foot Techniques
Muay Thai Feet Techniques involve bending the knee and then extending your leg to use foot or heel for attack. They are different from other Muay Thai techniques. Foot-thrust will be used for blocking the opponent's attack, making them off balance and then attacking.
