Quality assurance system
ISO 9001:2000 certification since 2004 Accreditation of laboratories – ISO/IEC 17025 - Calibration laboratory (accredited for temperature, barometric pressure, relative humidity and air quality quantities calibration: CO, SO2, NOx and ozone) Chemical Analytical Laboratory (accredited for 21 parameters for chemical testing of samples from the environment - water and precipitation) Internal Quality assurance guide of measuring network (QA Guide, 2003; organization and documentation of Quality system, Data Management - collecting, control, dissemination, Maintenance of the equipment and measuring sites) IS of Measuring Networks (ISMN)

Data dissemination AMS CMS ISVD Ftp server (xml, txt) EARS web
operational: meteo data in testing phase: water quality data, hydrological and air quality data Reports, statistical values, tables, pictures Maps of measuring networks (EARS GIS) Historical data On-line data Data prepared for different users Reporting requirements ‘Ozone web’,…

DATA usage Data dissemination in real time: Reporting requirements:
files on our ftp server for different users (different projects with neighbourhood countries, EEA, local communities, Administration for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief, electro and gas distributors, mobile telecommunication providers, Ministry of Defence, Automobile association of Slovenia, power stations,) EARS web page Meteo data are sent to GTS (global telecommunication system) of WMO Forecasting models (ozone, weather and hydrological forecast) Reporting requirements: Water Quality data: EEA (SOE), according to Directives obligations to European Commission and for needs of different Conventions Air Quality data: EEA, EMEP (European Monitoring and Evaluation Programme ), WMO GAW (Global Atmosphere Watch)
