Games Cont. Game time is not even. What we see in practice will determine their playing time. If you have a question about game time, talk with your player first. If they don’t know ask them to talk to the coach. I am very honest with them and will tell them exactly what to do if they want more playing time. Once a player has talked with me, I will then talk to a parent about it if needed.

Injury Player must tell coach first
Parent can also tell coach… but also is key word. If a doctor note is turned in to a coach, we must follow the doctor note exactly. No soccer for 1 week is absolutely nothing. No cutting, but light play is allowed, means they can do some stuff. If the note just says no soccer – we need a second doctor note to let them resume practice and games. Trainer at Stony Point – Concussions If suspected, please go to the trainer – He will tell you if you need to go to t a doctor or not. Do not get mad at the coaches, we have been told to look for certain things. If we see them, we MUST proceed with the concussion procedures. Ankle braces – Encourage if rolled ankles a lot.
