4. The Oral Presentation
The oral presentation calls for considerable planning.
Factors matter in oral presentations:
Dress, mannerism, gestures, voice modulation
Slides, overhead, charts, graphs, handouts
Thus, the contents of the presentation and the style of delivery should both be planned in detail

5. Deciding on the content:
The time and attention devoted to the various components of the study will require adjustment, depending on the audience
Visual aids:
Graphs, charts, and tables help to show the points one wishes to make much faster and more effectively. They provide a captivating sensory stimulus that sustains the attention of the audience
The presenter:
An effective presentation is a function of how “unstressed” the presenter is.
Eye contact, speak audibly and understandably, sensitive to nonverbal reactions, strict to time frame, concentration are critical aspects of presentation

The problem investigated, the findings, the conclusion, and the recommendations should be mentioned at least three times
