Display where listeners can see them
Avoid passing visual aids around the room
Display visual aids only while discussing them
Explain them clearly and concisely
Talk to your audience, not the visual aid
Practice speech using visual aid
Remember, this is a formal presentation: do not try to mimic lecture slides
