5 How do we know what to believe and what should be considered to be true?
Often when we want to find out of something is true we rely on evidence. Year 5 and 6 should be able to explain evidence to show we know the truth that the world is round. Sometimes we know something is true because of our beliefs. These are just as important to us but there may not be evidence. People believe many different things about religions. All religions are important and true to their believers.

6 By law you can be any religion you like, you can change faith, or you can be agnostic or atheist. It’s against the law to treat people differently because of their beliefs.
