Higher Education and Career Readiness Increase in the number of youth pursuing careers in the health or science sectors Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Antonio Jose Camacho Students applied and linked academic, technical, and career knowledge and skills. Developed soft skills. Integrated Education and Career Planning and Preparation. 100% of BTE students visit Higher Education Institutions Campuses, undertake tours and higher education life explaination and application processes. 100% of BTE students visit Higher Education actual students and teachers. 40% of BTE students apply to higher education. Biblioseo Parent and Family Sensibilisation Student, Parent and family workshops (Learning Communities). 100% of BTE students visit their communities with J&J volunteers and start the engagement and commitment of parents 100% of BTE studentes have a life project formulated (personal) and a group project for community impact (groups of 5). 100% of BTE students engage with an activity that has community impact.
