AFTER KAHOOT WE GO TO RED LIGHT STATUS UNTIL LABS ARE TURNED IN

4. Microscope Lab
We are working with glass today – please be careful and do not press on the cover slips they will break.
You must wear your goggles the entire time except the moments that you are looking through the Microscope Lens
2 Drawings will be required on the back page of your lab – label them properly and identify the magnification used
No horse-playing – you will lose points and lab privileges!
This can be a very cool and somewhat simple lab if you take your time and pay attention to HOW you are using the microscope

5. MICROSCOPE LAB Part A – “Lowercase E from a Magazine” (Wet Mount)
Part B – Prepare a Wet Mount of a Thin Piece of Cotton
Part C – Black & White Thread (Wet Mount)
Part D – Pond Water (No Hair) & Plant Cells (Leaves)
Part E & F – Potato plain and with Iodine added
Complete 2 Drawings in Addition to the ones in Part E
