As well as the new EU Research Framework Programme Horizon 2020 with a budget of approximately € 70 billion. COSME is mainly addressed to SMEs. The new feature is the Danube Transnational Programm, so called INTERREG, which offers funding opportunities for cooperation with danube countries. Support for EU candidate and potential candidate countries is available via the instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) There is also EIF (European Investment Fund) that supports the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises EIB and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) EU STRATEGY FOR THE DANUBE REGION (EUSDR) |
