2. What happened in the previous week
In the previous week, we had lots of wacky weather. On the Saturday the 7th, we had a snowstorm with about 10 inches of snow. Thru Wednesday we had rain showers with cloudy skies and a warm up. Snow melted rapidly. On Thursday temperatures were in the upper 60s in some areas of NYC and NW Nassau County. Then, on Friday the 13th😈, temperatures cooled down to the 30s. Yesterday, Saturday the 14th we got more snow inches, mainly on grassy surfaces.
