Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Top Five
Theodore Roosevelt- He admired him and a lot of what he did, he tried to follow in his footsteps. Eleanor Roosevelt- She helped him out a lot throughout his term. She was labeled the most involved First Lady. Woodrow Wilson- Wilson was the one who liked Franklin and appointed him the Assistant Secretary of the Navy and was the Democratic nominee for Vice President in 1920. Jay Leno- Franklin was a very easy going person and he loved being a host for his radio show and they both have a good sense of humor. Donald Sutherland- He was a Canadian film director who also suffered from polio.

Winston Churchill’s Top Five
Queen Elizabeth II- she conferred on Churchill the dignity of Knighthood and invested him with the insignia of the Order of the Garter in 1953. John Churchill- had been created first Duke of Marlborough in 1702 for his victories against Louis XIV early in the War of the Spanish Succession. Jennie Jerome- This was his mother and he was very close to her. Clementine Churchill- this was his wife who he cared about a lot. Richard Nixon- Loved the war just as much as he did.

Franklin’s Hit List (Top 5)
Hitler- Roosevelt hated the idea of the concentration camps and the deliberate killing of all the Jewish people. Herbert Hoover- Hoover was the one who pretty much started the Great Depression and Franklin Roosevelt brought us out. Barack Obama- Barack makes a lot of promises and Franklin full-filled a lot of the promises that he made. Alfred M. Landon- Roosevelt and him ran against each other in the election of 1936. Al Smith- He was nominated by FDR and then he ran against Roosevelt in the next election, and was beat by him.

Winston’s Hit List (Top 5)
Barack Obama- He wants to pull the troops out of Iraq and Winston was all about the war and fighting. Mao Zedong- He was a totalitarian and Winston and Roosevelt were against that. Hitler- Didn’t like what he was doing to the Jewish people either. Stalin- For the same reason he didn’t like Moa Zedong. Lord Charles Beresford- Winston said this about Beresford, "He is one of those orators, of whom it is well said, "Before they get up, they do not know what they are going to say; when they are speaking, they do not know what they are saying; and when they have sat down, they do not know what they have said""
