Visit Itinerary Seeking to improve clinic (both nursing and physician) productivity and provide improved patient care by presenting clinicians with relevant information for the planning of a visit on one screen during their pre-visit planning process. 3 Initial Measures: HbA1c Pneumonia Vaccine Lipid Profile Mammogram Tdap Cervical Cancer Screening Colonoscopy Meningococcal Vaccine Step 1: Determine if any patients have due or overdue measures If the blue dot is filled on the Notes icon, there are due or overdue measures

4 Step 2: Click the icon to view the measures and order options
Step 2: Click the icon to view the measures and order options. Check the box next to the appropriate order. IMPORTANT: LPN’s DO NOT ORDER: Pneumonia Vaccine Colonoscopy Fecal Stool Test

5 The remaining steps follow the traditional
workflow for placing orders.

6 In the example of ordering the mammogram,
Decision Support will launch with additional information.

7 In the example of ordering the pneumococcal 23-valent vaccine,
Order Sentences will present.

8 The Order Scratchpad will appear when
there are missing details still required for the orders.

9 Complete the required information and Sign the Orders to complete the flow.

10 Once you have signed the orders, Visit Itinerary will still be visible
Once you have signed the orders, Visit Itinerary will still be visible. It will have dithered and added a check next to the orders you have successfully placed. Once this pop up has been closed, measures that have already been ordered on the list for this patient will be dithered out (until exam is completed) and no longer available to order.
