Definition of holes, Intrinsic conduction, extrinsic conduction, donor atoms, n-type material, negative carrier, positive carrier, p-type material, majority carrier, minority carrier, acceptor atoms, dopant, doping. Carrier mobility, Field Effects, Accumulation layer, Depletion layer, Inversion layer
