Providing public access to information and resources that reduce “information poverty” by giving people opportunities to improve their lives, training in new skills needed for education and employment; 4

Objectives: Build an inclusive library spaces and services. In support to one of the Key Result Areas of the government – Making growth inclusive in order to raise the equality of the Filipino workforce. NLP as central node of DRDC which will be cascaded in all public libraries in the country

23 Acquisition of Assistive Devices and accessible library materials;
Create a space that can be a venue for different activities related to PWD awareness, training and other; To be the prototype DRDC in libraries within the region and eventually cascaded in NLP affiliated public libraries.
