Implement Enhanced Bus Service In Two Phases Phase 1: Center City to Wilkinson Boulevard to the Airport by 2009 Phase 2: Freedom Drive by 2012 and West Boulevard by 2014 8 Miles 18 Stops 15 outside of Uptown 3 in Uptown Projected Start Date: Summer 2009 Only stops outside of uptown will enjoy the shelter amenities.

They do not represent the finished look and do not include all fixtures such as poles, fencing, etc… that may be necessary. To orient you this view is looking towards University Place over the Promenade development This particular illustration is meant to show the size and scale of the Harris Blvd bridge. CATS will engage the community at the appropriate time to design the bridge as to become a gateway to the University City.
