The DS Office has been inundated with requests for captioning for classes as well as University websites, available to the public. You currently caption media only when a request has been made, and worry that given how quickly and frequently people utilize and create media, you are not responding effectively.
Given the influx in requests for captioning from students, parents, administrators and the public, you want to engage your University attorney on developing an institutional response.
