4. Introduction Hand out the subsets of Real Numbers Worksheet
All of the following subsets will be defined by you during this class period
Natural Numbers (Counting Numbers)
Whole Numbers
Integers
Rational Numbers
Irrational Numbers

5. Activity
For the next ten minutes, you will work in a group to define the subset of real numbers assigned to you
The best place to find a definition/explanation of your assigned subset is in the textbook
Important Pages: Glossary, pg.17-18

6. Sharing is Caring!
We will now go around group to group to share our definitions with one another
As other groups are sharing, be sure that you are writing their subset’s definition in your worksheet
Be as clear and concise as possible when presenting
