CenturyLink’s bill reporting and analytics Web application in Control Center provides customers a comprehensive solution to better understand their bills and conduct sophisticated analyses and cost allocations.
Bill Analyzer helps transform complex bills into sources of virtual business intelligence.
Through the statement’s module, customers can view individual monthly statements or custom statements can be built from multiple accounts.
Hyperlinks provide easy access to account details, including 3rd party charges, all in one invoice view.

3. Bill Analyzer: Statements
Customers can easily compare service category item variability this month vs. previous months.
Simple navigation to summary or detailed billing data. Users can create billing, inventory and call detail reports for their local and long distance services.

4. Bill Analyzer: Order Statement Data
Bill Analyzer’s Statement Data Center offers customers the ability to organize and manage the bulk reports or recurring Summary invoices.
Frequency- One Time or Monthly
Files Types-
Recurring files- Expanded Statement level PDF or CSV
Custom Statement- PDF or CSV
Statement Detail Report Package- Identify and order the reports you need.. Delivered to the portal one time or monthly

5. Bill Analyzer: Summary Reports
Control Center’s Bill Analyzer offers customers a series of canned summary reports. Users may edit the canned reports, order reports that are too large for immediate processing, or view a report with previous month’s data.
Users can drill into summary reports to gain additional details on the summary charges.

6. Bill Analyzer: Detailed Reports
As is the case with summary reports, Control Center Bill Analyzer offers customers a series of canned detailed reports. Customers may modify existing reports or build their own custom reports. Notice that users can also share reports with specific users.
With Control Center’s Bill Analyzer, customers can filter reports to locate specific data and download the raw data from any report to further analyze the data in a local software package.
