4 Application & Accounting Report - current
Updated Litter Grant Application (FY2018) and Accounting Report (FY2017) are posted on DEQ webpage. Instructions have been attached to both documents in order to ensure reporting accuracy. No additional information requested; only format change. Applications due June 30, 2017. Accounting Report due August 1, 2017.

5 Performance Report The Performance Report (FY2017) will be available online at SurveyMonkey.com. Minimize error - Check information against previous year to check for significant increases and decreases. Performance Report due August 1, 2017.

6 Guidelines - Future Guidelines will be standardized and revision date will be included. Submission instructions will also be available on DEQ webpage.
