By technical specification, the networked connection requires 16 Kbps per user we suggest 30 kbps up and down
FORMULA
Lowest Bandwidth between up and down / 30 = number of consistent OD users
**High latency is generally more harmful that low throughput.

Remember persistent connection has to have latency less than 500ms. You won’t find it unless you monitor every few seconds
